When you place an order with Tupperware, you're automatically providing your Authority To Leave. To ensure the security of your order, the driver will always attempt to leave it in a safe place if you're not there (e.g. by the front door, at reception desk, etc). If there's no safe place to leave your order, a card will be left for you and your order will be returned to the depot for you to arrange pick up or re-delivery.

Orders & Returns
The only changes that can be made to your order after you have processed payment is the delivery address. No other changes are possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been processed for picking (1-2 business days). Please contact your allocated Tupperware Consultant (listed in your order confirmation email) to change your address or amend your order. * In some instances, we may need to cancel your existing order in order to update key information like your email address or phone number.

Afterpay & Zip Pay
Afterpay are a third party company who will set you up with a fortnightly payment plan to pay off your items interest free and receive them straight away.
To be eligible to use Afterpay you must meet the following criteria:
- Have a debit/credit card
- Be over 18 years of age
- And live in Australia
Select Afterpay as your payment method on the checkout page, and enter your details with Afterpay when you’re done.

The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay as a third party, so Afterpay will approve payments at the time of the order.
When selecting Afterpay as your payment method, the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase.
Afterpay will send you reminders, so you never miss a payment.
If you’re unable to make a payment, AfterPay will charge you a late payment fee of $10 and an incremental $7 late fee for each week your payment is overdue.
If you don’t have the funds in your account, Afterpay will decline your order.

Zip Pay is a third party company in which you can choose a weekly, fortnightly or monthly payment plan to pay off your items interest free and receive them straight away.
To be eligible for Zip Pay you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Have a verified PayPal or online banking account in your own name.
- Have a good credit history
- Have your own valid and verifiable email address and mobile number.

The payment arrangement is made with Zip Pay as a third party, so Zip Pay will approve payments at the time of the order.
You can change the frequency of your payments to weekly, fortnightly or monthly at any time, as long as you pay minimum $40 per month. Choose what works best for you!
There is a $7.95 monthly fee for Zip Pay, but pay your statement closing balance, in full, by the due date and they will waive the fee.

Your Zip account will be credited with the agreed refund amount.
The funds will then be put towards your owing balance or depending on the refund amount your account may be placed in credit.

Yes, all Tupperware® plastics have been made 100% BPA free since 2010. Products are safe for consumers and for the environment. BPA, or Bisphenol A, is a chemical mainly used in association with other chemical substances to manufacture certain plastics and resins. BPA is used, for example, in preparing polycarbonate, a high performance transparent rigid plastic used in particular for manufacturing food containers, prescription lenses, CDs, DVDs, etc.
Yes, 40 year old Tupperware® is safe. Most Tupperware® products are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE, or plastic #2), low-density polyethylene (LDPE, or plastic #4) and polypropylene (PP, or plastic #5). These plastics are considered to be the safest plastics for frequent and repeated use. Vintage Tupperware is not bad for you. Tupperware® is constantly updating products with more durable and sustainable materials to be more eco-friendly, such as the Recycline range which is created from returned and defected products, giving plastics a second life.
Tupperware Australia recycles old and defected Tupperware products through their warranty scheme. Products are recycled and given a second life as part of their Recycline range plus customers are eligible for a store credit to put toward their next purchase. It’s a win win for the customer and the environment.
Tupperware provides care instructions for all products to ensure that consumers get the most life out of their items. Tupperware’s warranty scheme will cover certain items that have chipped, peeled, cracked or warped as this may mean that your product will not perform to the best of its ability. The warranty scheme won’t cover all damage so double check before you submit. Tupperware Australia may look a little different with its new online presence and notable shift toward current trends – the company has been noticed across multiple social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest creating quite the hype.
